Data Protection

1. How we use personal data
We process personal data to operate enrollments, send class logistics, moderate community spaces, respond to support requests, and improve curricula based on aggregated feedback. Marketing messages are sent only when you opt in or when a narrow legitimate interest applies, such as transactional notices about a class you already joined.
Automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects is not used for admissions. Human reviewers handle exceptions and accessibility requests.
2. Scope of this statement
This statement covers data collected through flux-pulse.one, associated mailing lists, and community tools we operate for alumni. Third-party tools embedded only after configuration may have their own statements; we summarize their roles in the cookie materials and link to vendor documentation where helpful.
If you interact with us only as an employee of a corporate customer, your employer's agreement may define additional roles; this statement still describes how we process data when you use our consumer-facing forms directly.
3. Processors and recipients
We use infrastructure providers for email delivery, video conferencing, ticketing, and cloud hosting located in regions selected to meet program needs. Contracts include confidentiality obligations and instructions that limit processing to our documented purposes.
We do not sell personal data. Directory information such as company name may appear on anonymized case studies only with separate written permission.
4. Retention
Enrollment records, billing references, and communications about disputes are retained for periods required by tax and commercial law in Korea, typically seven years for accounting evidence unless a shorter period applies to a specific data category.
Community posts may remain visible until you delete them or request removal; backups can persist for a limited technical window before overwriting.
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your data, and to object to certain processing. Korean residents may contact us to exercise rights under the Personal Information Protection Act framework relevant to our role as controller.
We verify requests to prevent impersonation. Denials, if any, include reasons and appeal paths where required.
6. Categories of data collected
Identifiers (name, email, phone where provided), professional information (role, employer), technical data (IP address, user agent, coarse location from IP), payment references handled by processors without storing full card numbers on our servers, and content you submit such as forum messages or lab uploads.
Telemetry from our own learning platforms is limited to operational reliability and does not include keystroke monitoring of your employer's production systems.
7. Contact for privacy inquiries
Questions about this Data Protection statement may be sent to welcome@flux-pulse.one. We aim to acknowledge requests within ten business days and resolve straightforward access requests within thirty days unless complexity or third-party involvement requires more time, in which case we will explain the delay.
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you may escalate to your local supervisory authority where applicable law grants that option.
