1. How to request a refund or transfer
Email welcome@flux-pulse.one with your order reference, the course name, and whether you seek a refund or a transfer to a later cohort. We confirm eligibility within five business days and, when approved, initiate payment processor reversals according to their timelines.
Partial transfers may be available when you completed less than twenty percent of asynchronous material; math and access adjustments are described in the eligibility section.
2. Scope of this policy
This policy applies to direct purchases from PulseForge Academy public listings on flux-pulse.one. Enterprise procurement through separate master agreements follows the commercial terms in those contracts, which may supersede windows stated here.
Community-only memberships, if offered separately without tuition, may carry different rules announced at purchase.
3. Contact for refund status
Use welcome@flux-pulse.one for all refund correspondence so a single thread preserves dates. Include banking details only through secure links we provide; do not send full account numbers in plain email bodies.
4. Eligibility windows
For cohort courses, you may request a full refund at least fourteen days before the listed start date. After that window, refunds may be partial based on material accessed, except where mandatory consumer law grants a longer cooling-off period for distance contracts in your jurisdiction.
Self-paced courses refund within fourteen days of purchase if fewer than two modules were marked complete.
5. Processing timeframe
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within ten to fifteen business days depending on card networks or bank holidays. If the original method is unavailable, we coordinate an alternative that satisfies reconciliation controls.
6. Non-refundable and exceptional cases
Certificates already issued for completed programs, third-party exam fees paid on your behalf, and custom onsite workshops delivered are generally non-refundable once services render. If we cancel a cohort outright, you may choose a full refund or a transfer without penalty.
Force majeure events may delay class starts; in those cases we offer transfers first and refunds when transfers cannot honor your schedule within six months.
